Counsel and Care seeks to influence government on the key issues facing older people and their families and carers today. We work with all parties to ensure that older people are a key part of their election manifestos. View Voting Age: an older people's manifesto.

Counsel and Care has submitted evidence to government select committees, all-party parliamentary groups and key influential organisations on the care and support of older people. We do this in our own right and as members of coalition groups (see our partnerships).
