Counsel and Care welcomes the opportunity of working in partnership with local authorities to help develop their information and advice strategies and complement existing provision as part of the Transformation of Adult Social Care and the Personalisation Agenda.
We have developed a flexible offer to meet the different needs of local authorities to provide a bespoke specialist advice and information service for older residents, their families and carers.
A word from some of our former partners:
"Hampshire County Council is delighted to be working in partnership with Counsel and Care to ensure that universal information, advice and advocacy is accessible to all older people, their families and carers. Access to expert information and advice is a vital part of a sustainable care system, helping people to plan for the future and respond to immediate needs."
Richard Ellis, Deputy Director, Adult Services at Hampshire County Council
"Westminster City Council is delighted to be working in partnership with Counsel and Care. The combination of their specialist expertise and our local knowledge means we can provide a comprehensive advice and information service for our older people and their families."
Marian Harrington, Director of Adult Social Services, Westminster City Council.
