sharing knowledge and experience

Counsel and Care understands the benefits of working in partnership with fellow stakeholders. By coming together to address the key issues around the care and support of older people, we can better influence policy makers and opinion formers and improve services. Our networks all have one thing in common – they aim to get the best care and support for older people, their families and carers.

If you are a local authority, housing provider, employer or Primary Care Trust, you can commission Counsel and Care to provide advice and information on community care to your residents and staff. For more information click here

If you are a befriending scheme coordinator or practitioner in the field you can join the VitalLinks network.
