With an increasing older population and people working longer, providing the right information and advice at the right time is essential for older people their families and carers.
Our expert information and advice service can help employees who are caring for an older person on a wide range of issues including:
- Exploring options when an older person is finding it difficult to manage in their home
- Housing options, including finding a suitable care home
- Mental capacity issues
- How fees for care homes and other services will be paid for
- Looking after yourself as a carer
