Trustee: Rupert Symons

Rupert Symons is a founding partner of Stanton Marris, a London based organisation consulting firm where he works on large scale behavioural and cultural change programmes with client teams. He has had a varied career in line management and consulting, starting as a British Army officer in Germany, the Falkland Islands, Northern Ireland and the South Pacific. After his MBA he joined General Motors and worked in Finance and Marketing in the Europe where he was involved in a major customer focus initiative to revolutionise the car buyer's experience of dealers. He then joined Kinsley Lord-Towers Perrin as a consultant specialising in change work. He has been with Stanton Marris since 1999.
