british 10k london run 2010

For the third year running, Counsel and Care has runners in this year's British 10K London Run taking place on Sunday 11 July. The Run is a mass participation road race on the streets of central London, involving hundreds of charities from all over the UK raising money for their cause.

Counsel and Care raised over £17,000 in last year's event and aim to raise even more this year to help us support over 250,000 older people, their families and carers over the next year.

How do I sign up?

Counsel and Care's charity running places are now full but you can sign up for your own place by visiting http://www.thebritish10klondon.co.uk/. Please let us know that you have signed up.

If you have already signed up

Our event team will be in regular touch with all runners over the next few months and on the day of the race itself to provide support, a race pack, t-shirt and guidance on raising sponsorship money for Counsel and Care. All runners will be invited to a 'thank you' drink after the day of the race.
