in your will

your memory and kindness live on

"It must now be over 10 years since Counsel and Care helped me solve a wide variety of problems concerned with my elderly mother. The fact that I could ring up and always speak to the same understanding and knowledgeable person who dealt with my fears and worries with such kindness, gave me the resolve to leave a legacy in my own and my husband's Will, in the trust that their first rate care will continue."

Counsel and Care would not be able to provide the support it does without the generosity of people leaving gifts for our work in their Wills. These legacies help us continue to improve and develop our advice service for the benefit of older people across the country. By including Counsel and Care in your Will you can really make a difference to our work.

Ensure that your memory and generosity live on through a lasting memorial, please click here for details on our legacy leaflet.

Making a Will doesn't have to be costly or complicated. Every year a group of ten charities in the UK organise Free Wills Fortnight, where fifteen firms of solicitors in England and Wales offer their specialist will-writing service free to the client. You can find more information about Free Wills Fortnight by going to http://www.freewillsfortnight.org.uk/.

Providing us with notice that you have arranged to leave a legacy to Counsel and Care is really useful - and helps us to be able to plan for the long term with confidence. Any information you provide us with will be treated in confidentially and is not legally binding. Please contact Helen Dunkerley, Fundraising Manager on 020 7241 8525 or email helen.dunkerley@counselandcare.org.uk.
